Viktoria Fuchs knows how to combine local products with tasty components from the Far East. Her kitchen is rooted, wild, cosmopolitan. She can draw on the abundance of Black Forest nature: game specialities from her father's hunt, homemade cheese or bread baked in her own bakery. Preparation techniques and spices from the Far Eastern cuisine create her own style - which is as unique as she herself is.
