Our restaurant offers a rich variety of choices

Savour our substantial breakfast buffet and 4- to 6-course evening menu in our half-board restaurant.

For speciality coffees, home-baked cakes from our own patisserie or fresh waffles, we recommend our Bierstube or, in summer, our three terraces.

Enjoy delicious cuisine and fine wines from our wine cellar in our first-class à la carte restaurant. Or you might prefer some hearty Sauerland specialities and local draught beer in our rustic Wilzenkeller.

We also serve bistro snacks, coffee and home-baked cakes in a particularly pleasant and sporty setting on the wonderful panoramic terrace of our golf café.

Creative and Modern: the new "Hofstube"

The Hofstube is the perfect addition to the existing gastronomy of Romantik Hotel Deimann. Chef Felix Weber, together with his partner Stephany Santos, enchants his guests here with seasonal dishes offered in two different menus. The young cook has cooked in numerous awarded restaurants that have influenced his worked strongly.
Sommelier Philipp Ottersdorf selects the suitable wine to the menus from the hotel-own wine cellar. For his selection of wines, he was recently honoured by the Association of German Premium Vineyards.
The cooking school of our Hofstube is the ideal location for events like business parties, teambuilding activities and kitchen parties with friends and family.
