Holiday in the manor house
On the banks of the Müritz, between two nature reserves, you will see one of the most beautiful and oldest manor houses in Mecklenburg. As a guest, you will feel transported back to past centuries, when man, in harmony with nature, was the measure of all things. The excellent manor house kitchen uses almost exclusively regional products. The Müritz shore with its bathing beach and boat landing stage is only 800 metres through the estate park.
Your hosts
In no other manor village has the evidence of Mecklenburg's 1000-year history remained so wonderfully tangible. Once built in the style of the "Danish Clinker Renaissance" in 1698, it is thanks to the pioneering spirit of the host family that the estate is in full bloom today. Keril and Manfred Achtenhagen run the house in a family atmosphere and with personal hospitality. Their two sons, Jannis and Malte, are also firmly anchored in the activities of the Gutshaus and have been taking care of the management of the hotel, reception as well as the organisation of individual events and the restaurant including the kitchen since 2020. Experience the family charm in the stately manor house!
