The hotel was reopened in 2019 after a thorough refurbishment and now welcomes its guests as a modern boutique hotel. It is located in a historic building in Minnewater Park, close to the central market. The hosts have equipped the rooms with all amenities so that nothing stands in the way of restful nights. The hotel is run by Dimitri Van Maele-Reso and his team.

Let yourself be tempted by delicious tapas, a good glass of wine, local beers and original cocktails in a cosy atmosphere at the BAR-BOUTIQUE. The Bar Boutique is open to everyone from 14:30 to 23:30. Restaurant guests can - if possible - move on to the bar after dinner in the restaurant.

In the morning, a luxurious champagne breakfast awaits you in Minnewater Park for an exclusive and relaxed start to the day. In addition to sparkling champagne, vitamin-rich orange juice and hot coffee, you can look forward to delicious breads and butter cakes as well as a varied selection of cheeses and fine cold meats. You can also enjoy small à la carte dishes that are freshly prepared for you. Breakfast is available daily from 8.30 - 9.30 am and must be booked in advance by telephone.

Leave the E40 at the Kapellestraat / Oostkamp exit and follow the N50 towards Oostkamp until Bruges. Keep on Katelijnepoortbrug/Katelijnestraat and then turn left onto Arsenaalstraat. After 210m turn left onto Minnewater.

 From Bruges station, Stationsplein 5, walk 850m to the hotel.

Ostend-Bruges International Airport is the international airport of the Belgian port city of Ostend. Alternatively, you can fly to Brussels and then travel on to Bruges by train.
