The name alone is reminiscent of the great wines of Burgundy. This also says that this place is first and foremost for the physical well-being. Built in 1842, this old country inn surrounded by stables has made the values and flavours of its region its greatest asset. A place full of warm culinary rusticity. The bathrooms are harmoniously decorated with a combination of classic wooden furniture and more modern details; this hotel is all about well-being combined with simplicity. And in the restaurant, you toast with top wines of the vintage. Note that there is also an excellent wine cellar here where you can buy a few bottles.
