1. Terms of Participation
The organiser of the prize draw is Romantik® Hotels & Restaurants AG, Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 18, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, contact: info@romantikhotels.com. Participation in the prize draw is subject exclusively to the terms and conditions set out here. By registering for the prize draw, participants expressly accept these terms and conditions.

2. Participation
Participation in the prize draw takes place through submission of a stay review. As a thank-you for the review, you are automatically entered into the prize draw.

If you have already submitted your review on-site, please click "I have already submitted a review" to be entered into the draw.

3. Eligibility
(a) All natural persons are eligible to participate who

• take part voluntarily
• are over eighteen years of age

Exclusion from the prize draw
(a) Employees of the Romantik® Hotels & Restaurants AG hotel cooperation, the participating partner establishments, and their respective family members are excluded from participation.

(b) Anyone providing false personal information will also be excluded.

(c) In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, Romantik® Hotels & Restaurants AG reserves the right to exclude individuals from the prize draw.

4. Subject Matter and Course of the Prize Draw
(a) Among all participants, the following prizes will be raffled during the period from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026:

• two Romantik® wellness vouchers worth €120 each
• two Romantik® restaurant vouchers worth €199 each

(b) The prize draw runs from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026.

(c) The selection of winners is arbitrary and made at random.

5. Notification of Winners
(a) Winners will be notified by email within fourteen (14) working days after the prize draw has ended.

(b) Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. If a prize cannot be correctly allocated due to incorrect data provided during the prize draw, the participant's claim to the prize shall lapse.

6. Prize Distribution
(a) The following prizes will be raffled:

• two Romantik® wellness vouchers worth €120 each
• two Romantik® restaurant vouchers worth €199 each

(b) Cash payment of the prize is excluded.

7. Data Protection
(a) The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided in connection with this prize draw will be collected, processed, and used by Romantik® Hotels & Restaurants AG for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and any potential prize fulfilment, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

(b) For further information, please refer to our privacy policy (https://www.romantikhotels.com/de/datenschutz/).

(c) Participants are free at any time to withdraw the above consent to data storage by written notice to Romantik® Hotels & Restaurants AG. In this case, the participant will be excluded from the prize distribution.

Under the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may assert the following rights against us:

• Right of access
• Right to rectification
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to erasure / right to be forgotten
• Right to data portability
• Right to object

8. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Romantik® Hotels & Restaurants AG reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to end or suspend the prize draw without prior notice for good cause. The organiser is entitled to exclude participants from participation without prior notice for good cause.

9. Final Provisions
(a) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.

(b) These terms and conditions, including the prize draw mechanics, constitute the final rules governing the prize draw. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected.

(c) The legal process is excluded.
