Cocktail Clover Club

The Clover Club is a classic from the early 20th century, created in the Gentlemans Club of the same name in Philadelphia. In terms of its recipe, it is like a Gin Sour, only with raspberry syrup. That still makes it the perfect drink for welcoming spring today.

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Fords Gin or gin of your choice
  • 2 cl Giffard Raspberry Syrup
  • 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Protein

    • Instructions

    1. 1.
      Add all the ingredients, including the egg white, to the shaker and shake vigorously. Then remove the ice from the shaker and repeat the whole thing with a „dry shake“ to get a nice frothy head. Afterwards, pour everything into a pre-chilled glass and et Voila!
