Paul and Felix Pöllmann, together with Christian and Petra Pöllmann, are continuing a family tradition by reinterpreting it. They are not hoteliers in the traditional sense, but rather inspirers, mood makers, and story collectors. When the restaurant fills up in the evening, there is no sense of hustle and bustle, just pure liveliness: a young team that puts its heart into its work and gives the Franconian soul a cosmopolitan twist.

As staunch supporters of the slow food movement, they know that good food takes time and honest origins. That's why their ingredients—from free-range eggs to fish—come directly from neighbors in the region. The Pöllmann family acts consciously, but not dogmatically. Instead of humming minibars, they focus on fresh drinks and socializing at the bar. And those who forego daily room cleaning for the sake of the environment are invited to a drink. On the day of arrival, you can check into your room from 3:00 p.m. For early or late check-in, please contact the hotel directly in advance.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. For a late check-out, please inquire directly with the hotel in advance. You can store your luggage at the reception desk at any time.
For guests with allergies, the hotel will prepare your room with appropriate bedding.

You can park your vehicle free of charge directly at the hotel in our own parking lot. There is also a parking space in front of the hotel for convenient unloading. The sauna and fitness area is open daily from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Use of the facilities is included in the room price, and bathrobes are available in the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located in Middle Franconia, only about 3 minutes from the A3 motorway.
If you are traveling on the A3, take the “Höchstadt-Ost / Adelsdorf” exit, then turn onto the B470 towards Adelsdorf and follow this road into the town. In the town center, drive across the market square and after about 200m you will see the hotel between the village church and the castle – directly on the main road.
If you are arriving by train, the nearest station is in the Erlangen/Höchstadt region, about 20 km from the hotel. From there, you can take a taxi to the hotel.
The nearest major airport is Nuremberg, which you can reach from Adelsdorf in about 45 minutes (depending on traffic). From the airport, you can take a rental car or taxi to the hotel.
