For meetings and conferences, a total of five rooms of different sizes are available with the usual technical aids. In summer, you have the option of using our spacious garden for meetings under the open sky. We are not a conference hotel in the narrower sense - perhaps that is why many guests prefer to hold their meetings in the Zehntkeller. The host family offers wine tastings, hikes and carriage rides through the vineyards or guided tours through the historic old town as a supporting programme. There are several golf courses and a karting centre nearby. A total of 5 different conference rooms offer space for smaller and larger meetings.

Take a horse-drawn carriage ride through the vineyards of Iphofen. With 2 horsepower, you will ride in a carriage through the historic alleys of the old town and learn exciting facts about the town's past from the coachman. On the way there will be an opportunity to taste the local wine specialities.

The unique selling point of the Romantik Hotel Zehntkeller Iphofen is clearly the in-house organic vineyard with 26 hectares. This can even be visited together with the Seifert family and the cellar master. The impressively beautiful winery is located directly in the old town, three floors down in a former malt factory. During this guided tour, guests learn first-hand how viticulture works. 

The Marienberg Fortress is located in Würzburg and can be reached quickly and easily from the hotel. A church probably stood here as early as the Bronze Age and was elevated to the status of Würzburg's first bishop's church in the 8th century. Since 1200, an unusually large castle has stood on this site, which has been continually expanded over the centuries. Today, this castle is a popular destination for travellers from all over the world.

Many beautiful cities are only a stone's throw away from the hotel. In addition to a trip to Würzburg with a visit to the Residenz and the Marienberg Fortress, we recommend trips to the cities of Bamberg, Rothenburg and Nuremberg. Many beautiful museums with their rich architecture await you there. Everything can be reached from the hotel in 30 to 60 minutes by car.

In Iphofen, a tour of the historic old town is a lasting experience and a journey into the past of this beautiful town. You can also book a tour of the town at Iphofen Tourist Information. Would you like to learn more about the past of your holiday destination? Then we recommend a visit to the Knauf Museum or the Franconian Farmers' and Craftsmen's Museum in the district of Mönchsondheim. The old town is only a walk away from your hotel.

All wines mature in our cool, spacious cellars two and three floors below ground. The equipment of these cellars is state of the art and allows the best maturation of the white and red wines. Stainless steel and barriques offer optimal development possibilities. In the same cellars we also produce our sparkling wine from our own wines using the champagne method.

In 2009, we converted the entire farm to organic viticulture. The wines of the 2012 vintage were the first wines that were allowed to be vinified and named as organic wines according to the guidelines of Bioland.
