In addition to the natural experiences of the Black Forest, guests at the Romantik Hotel Sackmann enjoy top-class culinary delights. Very special aromatic paths are taken in the gourmet restaurant Schlossberg, where father Jörg Sackmann and son Nico Sackmann conjure up cosmopolitan and sustainable culinary art on the plates. The Guide Michelin honours the restaurant with one star for its great culinary art in a unique ambience that captivates with its natural extravagance.

Wednesday till Sunday from 6.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

Down-to-earth delicacies made from regional products and prepared with finesse provide daily moments of pleasure in the à la carte restaurant. In addition to regional classics and snacks, there are also Swabian temptations on the menu, which offers the right dish for every taste. The culinary offer is rounded off with the right drop of wine.

At lunchtime, you can enjoy our Wellfit snack at the market buffet from 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. in the Silberberg and Haselbach restaurant - also in your bathrobe. 

A served 5-course menu of choice or our market buffet strengthen our guests in the evening between 6.00 pm and 9.00 pm as part of the pampering board. 

Exquisite snacks, freshly baked cakes and tarts made from Mother Sackmann's old house recipes await you in the RheinHOLZ coffee bar during the day with fantastic views of nature. If the weather is nice, take a seat on the Murg terrace and enjoy the moment accompanied by the gentle murmur of the Murg with a glass of wine or a strong cup of coffee. 

Local gin and whiskey, unusual drinks and classic cocktails - the day ends with pleasure in the RheinHOLZ coffee bar. 

Take a seat at the heart of the atmospheric wine lounge - a 400-year-old tree trunk processed into a unique tabletop. In addition to wine tastings with international vintners, you will also find Germany's first wine tasting machine installed in a hotel. 

With WinebyGlass, you can select and taste top-class red and white wines at an optimal temperature and in a completely uncomplicated way using your room card. 

At the market buffet in the Silberberg restaurant, you can expect fragrant baked goods, the finest cheese and sausage specialities, jams and honey for the perfect start to the day every day between 8.00 am and 11.00 am. We are happy to prepare egg dishes for you à la minute. 

For early risers, our fully automatic coffee machine is already on from 7.00 a.m. for self-service. 

The peak of recreation is on the roof

The new wellness highlight of the Sackmann Genusshotel | PEARLS by Romantik® is located on the fourth and fifth floors: the "Murgtal-Sky-SPA". On around 1,000 square metres and two levels, guests can expect maximum relaxation here, which reaches its peak on the roof terrace with the spectacular 60-square-metre "Sky Infinity Pool", the 360-degree panorama sauna and the barefoot sky walk.

Star chef Jörg Sackmann does not only rely on aromas, scents, herbs and spices in his kitchen: In the "Burgfels SPA", too, the concept is called "world of aromas for all the senses": exclusive design elements and harmonious colour, scent and sound concepts combine here on a further 1,000 m² to create a special experience and immediately cast a spell over those seeking relaxation.

Only top care products are used in the cosmetics area. The power of nature is always in the foreground.

For those who do not want to miss their usual workout even on vacation, a modern fitness room with Precor equipment is available from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
