In our in-house kitchen and patisserie, outstanding cooks and patissiers take care of the culinary wellbeing of our guests. Everything is prepared freshly and with care. We only use high-quality products, if possible from local suppliers. And above all this is our declaration of love for regional cuisine. Our menus feature dishes such as „Boddenzanderfilet an Kartoffelschaum-Nocken“ (Bodden pike-perch fillet on potato foam), „Ostseesteinbutt vom Weststrand“ (Baltic turbot from the West Beach) or even „Haxe vom Borner Weidekalb mit Blütenhonig glasiert“ (honey-glazed knuckle of calf from the Born meadows).

German Prize for Gastronomy 2012
For the superb quality of the dishes, the hospitality and the quality of service Mr. Fischer was awarded the German Prize for Gastronomy (Warsteiner Preis) 2012 in the Food category.
