Reliable size in times of change!
Arrive, feel good, enjoy: The Zollhaus, which dates back to 1264, is located in a picturesque corner of the medieval town. The house welcomes guests from all over the world in authentic Biedermeier rooms, the Empire Suite or in a Laura Ashley-style sleeping oasis. Fine, down-to-earth, hearty cuisine is served in the historic dining rooms. As a guest, you can also enjoy - uniquely in Rothenburg - spicy beers brewed on the premises.
For 500 years, the small customs house from 1264 has been a hostel for people passing through. The hotel has not lost the charm of the time, also thanks to the attentive Berger host family. They have been running the romantic hotel with dedication and tradition for four generations. And like their ancestors, they are also committed to preserving the ancient structure of the building and the values associated with it. Modern amenities and individually designed rooms make your stay a real experience that you will definitely want to repeat.
In harmony with tradition and modernity!
