Culinary at the Romantik Hotel Landhaus Bärenmühle
Fine country cuisine with a French influence
We serve creative, freshly prepared delicacies made with ingredients that come primarily from small local producers. Chef Sebastian Kansy and his team offer fine country house cuisine with a French influence in homage to the Huguenots – religious refugees from France who settled here in the 17th century. Anna Elisabeth Martron, a young Huguenot, married into the Bärenmühle in 1735. Our Restaurant Maison Martron is named after her.
