Bregenz Forest

The Bregenz Forest is a true paradise for cross-country skiing fans and provides guaranteed variety with a total of over 300 kilometres of trails. Through river meadows, snow-covered forests, across wide meadows and past the typical wooden-shingled houses, you will experience the magnificent surroundings. The largest cross-country skiing area in the region awaits you from Hittisau to Balderschwang on 80 kilometres of trails. The Grenzlandloipe is suitable for all endurance levels, as with a total length of 70 kilometres it can be shortened at will in many places.

In addition to the classic track, it also offers breathtaking views of the upper Elsoff valley. The Kuhlenberg trails 1 to 3 around Winterberg offer a great trail for every level of difficulty. Whether 4, 5 or even 11 kilometres, there is no shortage of cross-country skiing fun here.
