Abendessen war mega, Frühstück in Ordnung, Service hervorragend! Die Einrichtung war zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen: Minibar kühlte kaum, Fenster im Bad nur schwer zu öffnen und schließen, heißes Wasser kam nur spärlich. Das Schwimmbad war leider defekt und das WLAN schwach.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und schönem Zimmer
Sehr, sehr schönes Zimmer, großes Bad, viel Raum, das war toll. Leider ließ der Austausch der Handtücher etwas nach, das war nicht mehr 1 zu 1, neue Poolhandtücher gab es gar nicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und engagiert. Unser Hinweis mit den laut zu fallenden Türen wurde ernst genommen. Das Essen war hervorragend, immer frisch, saisonal und sehr, sehr lecker, vor allem das BBQ am Männertag. Wellnessbereich klein und fein, super nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung, leider war der Pool noch nicht nutzbar wegen einer Reparatur. Fürs Wandern gibt es sogar Tipps vom Empfang! Es wäre schön, wenn Hochzeitsgesellschaften darauf hingewiesen werden, dass ab 22 Uhr auf die Ruhe der anderen Hotelgäste geachtet wird. Es gab um 0:00 Uhr eine lautstarke Verabschiedung auf dem Parkplatz, da war an Ruhe im Bett nicht mehr zu denken.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Personal durchweg sehr freundlich (Rezeption und Restaurant), Menü abends sehr lecker, Weinbegleitung ebenfalls. Private Spa war toll, werden wir mit Sicherheit noch einmal wiederholen. Einzig das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und das Bett hätte für mich breiter und die Matratze härter sein können.

Schöne Auszeit mit der besten Freundin
Wir waren zum 2. mal zur Auszeit mit der besten Freundin da. Das Hotel ist wirklich schön, gepflegt und sauber und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Essen in Restaurant sehr lecker. Gutes Frühstück ohne offene Wünsche. Das Schwimmbad hatte leider noch geschlossen aber die Massage im Spa war toll und tat gut.

Mit früher nicht zu vergleichen.
Das Ambiente war toll. Das kostenlose upgrade-Zimmer war sehr nett. Der Pool war wg Reparatur nicht nutzbar - schade. Das Abendessen war richtig schlecht: alles triefte vor Fett ( Bratkartoffeln, Champignon/Käse-Soße). Das Wiener Schnitzel war schlecht gebraten, die Panade klebte am Fleisch......und das für 30€ - eine völlige Katastrophe. Der junge Service wirkte zuweilen etwas überfordert. Das Frühstück war völlig ok. Fazit: Übernachtung mit Frühstück - ok. Zum Essen können wir Neuhaus nicht empfehlen, vielleicht ist es zum Feiern mit einem Buffetangebot besser? Vor 25 Jahren war Neuhaus jeden Pfennig wert und wertig.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden, sehr schöne Zimmer, hervorragendes Essen. Nur, Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, keine Tassen und Kaffeesatzbehälter randvoll mit altem Kaffee.

Essen und Personal sehr gut - Spa und Zimmer nur ausreichend.
Das Essen ist sehr gut. Das Personalwarsehrnett. Der Spabereich leider sehr klein. Der Außenpool war sehr kalt und sah nicht einladend aus. Ausserdem hatten wir im Vivamus Arrangement einen Champagner enthalten, den wir leider nicht bekommen haben.

Geburtstagswochenende
Ganz spontan könnte ich einen Aufenthalt von Samstag auf Sonntag buchen. Samstags haben wir den schönen Wellnessbereich genutzt und ein sehr gutes Abendessen genossen. Mit dem Late-Check-Out konnten wir auch noch den frühlingshaften Sonntag in der herrlichen Umgebung verbringen und uns vor der Rückreise frisch machen.

Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
die Anreise im dunkeln über den Berg durch den Wald war etwas schon sehr respektvoll. - Was würde uns hier am Ende der Welt erwarten? Ein wunderschönes, verwinkeltes, romantisches Hotel hell, toller Garten und ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, das Essen großartig und die Karte mit den Bordeaux hatte ich nicht erwartet. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Leider war unser Zimmer sehr kalt. Die Heizung konnten wir immer wieder einschalten, dann ist es auch sofort sehr warm geworden. Leider hat die Heizung sich nach 10 Minuten wieder abgeschaltet und es wurde wieder sehr kalt.

Die Massage ist es wert
Eine gute Möglichkeit dem Stress zu entgehen. Die Massage fand ich ausgezeichnet und würde allein deswegen schon wieder hinfahren. Auch das Abendessen war köstlich und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles andere ist eher mittelmäßig. Die Sauna und die Ruhebereiche sind sehr klein. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. In Ruhebereich war viel Staub unter den Liegen

ein sehr schönes Erlebnis
Es war ein rundum schönes Erlebnis. Die Atmosphäre und freundliche Bedienung hat sehr dazu beigetragen. Ein wirklich sehr kleiner Wunsch ist offen geblieben. Ich vertrage kein Weißmehlbrot und kein Weizenbrot. Leider gab es keine Alternative und das Frühstück war so etwas s. Aber das wäre natürlich kein Grund nicht wiederzukommen. Ich empfehle Ihr Haus gern weiter. Viele Grüße

Schöner Kurzurlaub zum Entspannen
Meine Frau und ich haben uns eine Nacht im Romantik Hotel Neuhaus gegönnt. Es war ein Paket mit 4-Gänge Menü und Frühstück. Der Preis für alles war sehr angemessen. Wir hatten uns ein wenig mehr vom Wellnessbereich versprochen. Die Zimmer waren gut und sauber. Der Höhepunkt war definitiv das 4-Gänge Menü im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Wirklich toll zusammengestellt und geschmacklich super. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war reichhaltig und lecker. Der Service während unseres Aufenthaltes war ebenfalls gut. Wir können das Hotel Neuhaus weiterempfehlen.

Check-in is possible from 3 pm on Sunday, December 29, 2024. Use this time to arrive in peace. In the evening we will spoil you with a champagne aperitif, followed by a 4-course romantic menu.

On Monday, December 30, 2024, you will first enjoy our breakfast buffet. Visit the Dechenhöhle cave with a guided tour (can be chosen on any day; see Dechenhöhle cave tour times). Explore the surrounding forests on a three-hour guided hiking tour with a guide including a picnic break from 11:00 to 14:00 (choice between Saturday and Sunday). In the evening we serve a Westphalian 3-course menu.

On Tuesday, New Year's Eve, December 31, 2024, you will first enjoy our breakfast from the rich buffet. Explore the surrounding forests on a three-hour guided hiking tour with a guide including a picnic break from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm (choice between Saturday and Sunday). In the evening, we serve a gala buffet in a wonderfully festive atmosphere. This is followed by a torchlight walk to the Heiligen Höhe and a welcome to the New Year with mulled wine or
champagne; transfer also possible. The evening ends in our Bar Julius.

On Wednesday, New Year's Day, January 01, 2025, there is the traditional champagne breakfast buffet from 08:00 in the morning, which turns into a brunch buffet from 11:00 to 14:00. We also offer a New Year's reception at the village fountain from 11:00 a.m. with small snacks and finger food. We are happy to leave your room to you for as long as possible.

Take the B7 in the direction of Iserlohn. 1.5 km after leaving Hemer, take the A46 towards Hagen until you reach the Iserlohn-Zentrum exit.
Turn right and get into the left lane on Dortmunder Straße.
Turn left at the next traffic lights onto Hellweg. After approx. 2.5 km (3rd traffic light) turn right and then immediately left (180 degree turn).
After 1 km take the 2nd exit at the roundabout. After 50 m turn right directly behind REWE into Lösseler Straße. You will reach the Romantik-Hotel-Restaurant Neuhaus in Lössel after approx. 3 km on Lösseler Straße 149.
