Emil Nolde, an important expressionist and member of the artists' group "Die Brücke", found his last home in Seebüll on the North Frisian coast. It was here, surrounded by the idyllic landscape of North Friesland, that Nolde created the majority of his fascinating works. The Nolde Museum in Seebüll, set up in the artist's former home, provides inspiring insights into his entire oeuvre and presents an impressive collection of paintings, watercolors and prints. The museum offers visitors the opportunity to follow Nolde's artistic development and experience his intense works, often inspired by nature.
