Three brothers, all three bearded (Barbus), had the idea in 1968 to build a hotel-restaurant in a part of the family property. Today, the same family since origin owns this magnificent building built with stone walls, located on the mountainside overlooking the valley Camisard, center of the struggle of the Protestants of the Cevennes. All rooms offer views of the valley where the Gardon River flows. The restaurant offers a cuisine based on Mediterranean and Cevennes products.
