The fifteenth-century building around a medieval courtyard was completely dismantled to be restored and then reassembled in the workshop of the Compagnons du Devoir. Located in the historic centre of the city of Troyes, the Hotel La Maison de Rhodes - Le Champ des Oiseaux consists of 14 rooms that have retained all their authenticity, not least thanks to their wooden beams and stone floor tiles.
