Château d'Arpaillargues

Zimmer Chateau dArpaillargues

The romantic charm of this 18th-century seigneurie can still be felt today. The Château d'Arpaillargues, formerly Hôtel d'Agoult, which escapes the gaze with its large wooded park with highly welcome shade, was once the scene of the turbulent affair between Marie de Flavigny and Franz Liszt. Even today, one feels the elegance of this house of arts and literature, made for reverie. The pool with azure-coloured accents invites you to laze around, and the beautiful leafy courtyard pampers us with the floral scents of Provence even at breakfast. Behind the old walls, 30 absolutely peaceful rooms await guests who can take a wonderful break here.
