Romantik Hotels & Restaurants are represented in the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Slovenia, Portugal. 

Romantik Gift Vouchers

The value vouchers are not exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for an unlimited period of time and can be redeemed at all Romantik Hotels. All prices are subject to shipping costs. Please make your reservation directly at the hotel of your choice and indicate that you would like to redeem your voucher. Thank you for understanding that we cannot issue a replacement if the voucher is lost.
 

Romantik Gift Vouchers

The service vouchers (dinner, gourmet, connoisseur and pampering vouchers) are not exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for one year for two persons from the date of issue. Due to possible price increases, the user must expect to pay a surcharge if the voucher is redeemed at a later date. All prices are subject to shipping costs. Please make your reservation directly at the hotel of your choice and indicate that you wish to redeem your voucher. Thank you for understanding that we cannot issue a replacement if the voucher is lost.

The service vouchers are redeemable in all Romantik Hotels with the following exceptions:
Belgium: Bruges, De Haan (Zonnehuis), Ghent (The Verhaegen)
Italy: Florence (Casa Thiele), Kaltern am See (Jagdhof Kaltern)
Austria: Lech, Sulz (dinner vouchers accepted), Vienna (Beethoven)
Portugal: Lisbon (all 5 hotels) 
Switzerland: Eglisau, Liebefeld, Saanenmöser, Zurich
Slovenia: Zgorna Kunota (Winzarei)

Hotels of "Les Collectionneurs" in France

In the hotels of our partner les collectionneurs in France, only value vouchers ("Romantik Geschenk Gutschein ganz individuell") can be redeemed - whether sent by post or printed@home. Arrangement vouchers (Romantic Pampering, Gourmet, Gourmet and Dinner vouchers) and Experience vouchers cannot be used in France.

Hotels and lodges of "Gondwana" in Namibia

Value vouchers and arrangement vouchers (Romantik Indulgence, Gourmet, Gourmet and Dinner vouchers) are NOT valid in Namibia.
Hotels and Resorts of "Secret Retreat" in Asia 

Value vouchers and arrangement vouchers (Romantik Indulgence, Epicurean, Gourmet and Dinner vouchers) are NOT valid in Asia.
