The menu is seasonally adjusted monthly. You can put together your meal as you please, course by course... or enjoy a perfectly coordinated menu, as the chef suggests.
We also cultivate our bond with Valendas and the region when shopping. For our fresh, seasonal and regional cuisine we attach great importance to the use of local products.
We serve the well water UV-filtered and enriched with carbon dioxide, if desired also flavoured with herbs. It will refresh you!
The wine list is put together in such a way that you can choose from a selection of Grisons wines, popular Swiss wines from other sun-kissed regions and fine wines from the south of Europe.
