1.5 F (preliminary assessment)
One of the oldest half-timbered houses in the region has been converted into a small hotel with attractive interiors, beautiful gardens and comfortable rooms. This 450-year-old family farm maintains high culinary standards with a broad repertoire. Head chef and owner Hannelore Mayer-Stahl serves delicacies such as Mallorcan bread salad, foie gras with cranberries and cress or winter codfish on a bed of beetroot. The menu often features gourmet classics such as stroganoff with beef tenderloin tips, roast beef Wellington, chateaubriand and crêpes Suzette. Every Wednesday, we offer stews with an innovative twist. International wine list. We are only five kilometres from the A7.
