One of the oldest half-timbered houses in the region has been converted into a small hotel with attractive interiors, beautiful gardens and comfortable rooms. This 450-year-old family farm maintains high culinary standards with a broad repertoire. Head chef and owner Hannelore Mayer-Stahl serves delicacies such as Mallorcan bread salad, foie gras with cranberries and cress or winter codfish on a bed of beetroot. The menu often features gourmet classics such as stroganoff with beef tenderloin tips, roast beef Wellington, chateaubriand and crêpes Suzette.
