The wine list reflects the diversity of the Middle Rhine. Selected and local winemakers enchant you with their racy Riesling wines and fruity Pinot Noirs.
Since the middle of 2011, we have been amending our gastronomic offer with our gourmet restaurant “Silcher Stuben” to the existing castle-restaurant “Auf Scharffeneck” and the historic tavern “Der Landgraf”.

In the gourmet restaurant “Silcher Stuben” we serve a very ambitious regional cuisine with fresh products from the Hunsrück. We offer the seven-course menus “Classic” and “à la region”. The menus can be individually reduced down to four-courses. To each course, we offer corresponding premium wines preferably from the world heritage valley of the Loreley.
Our culinary philosophy in the “Silcher Stuben” is to do proven better and not to shine trough exotic. Here the chef is counting on attributes such as "flavours density", "authenticity" and "honesty" coupled with innovation.
