We believe that good cooking is not about show and glamour but about quality, appearance and flavour.
Many of the ingredients of our creations come from the local area such as Wacholderheide lamb, Bioland Angus beef, various regional herbs, unpasteurised cheese from the Hohensteiner Hofkäserei cheese dairy and wild mushrooms and elderberries.
Fish dishes are one of our specialities. As a strudel, a combination of different types of fish, or in a marriage with fruits de mer, fish offers a huge wealth of variations that never cease to surprise.
Our menu features various hot and cold starters and entrées, a daily menu, a 5-course menu and a surprise menu with 8 courses, as well as main dishes and desserts. It goes without saying that all of our dishes are home-made and fresh.
