The Jakobsberg monastery estate is a house with a significant history. Built as a monastery by Emperor "Barbarossa" in 1157, Dr. Hans Riegel took over the complex in 1960 and had it converted into a four-star superior hotel. The history of the hotel and the Riegel family can still be felt and experienced today. Today, Britta Krug is in charge of the Jakobsberg and continues to act according to the guiding principle of HARIBO's founder. "Jakobsberg - rooted in the homeland, in close connection with nature. Draw strength - be human!"

Please enter the access road K124 or "Jakobsberger Hof" into the navigation system as your address (GPS coordinates: N 50 15.465 E 007 35.665). When you are on the access road K124 towards Klostergut Jakobsberg, please turn left into the first car park (opposite our golf course). You are also welcome to follow the signs. We have reserved a few parking spaces exclusively for our hotel guests in the large car park at the back on the left.
