Together with his team, our chef de cuisine Eduard Liebeg likes to conjure up first-class culinary creations that simply fire up the appreciative appetite of our guests, starting with the explosive choice of dishes from our local volcanic region to Mediterranean delights and a healthy dash of mouth-watering specialities from international cuisines. We attach great importance to sourcing local ingredients, so Styrian pumpkin seed oil, scarlet runner beans and air-dried Vulcano ham are always part and parcel of the menu. Enjoy our hotel’s fine food accompanied by an exquisite bottle or two of exquisite wine from one of the best wine cellars in all Styria.
Please take a seat in the conservatory and enjoy a memorably delicious breakfast buffet in a relaxed atmosphere. An irresistibly light lunchtime choice of fine food awaits you at our soup and salad buffet, and our Pool Bar beckons with refreshing drinks and superlative home-made ice creams.
Your evening meal in the Mediterranean atmosphere of our restaurant begins with a welcome from our kitchen brigade followed by a hot or cold buffet of starters, soup and salad, the choice of an entrée from classic, Mediterranean, light or vegetarian cuisines and ends after a delicious dessert from our very own patisserie with fruit, cake or our marvellous cheese platter.
Guests also enjoy use of our terrace with views of the hotel’s park and can finish off the day over a fantastic cocktail in the Aquila Bar.
