In keeping with the ambience, he offers a fresh new take on traditional Mecklenburg cuisine. We are fans of slow food so we strive to use regional produce wherever possible. Since the Thönes natural meat processing plant opened in October 2007 in the neighbouring town of Bollewick, we have been able to ensure that our meat comes from regional animals and is processed locally.
