Our head chef Thomas Köpke indulges the palates of our guests with fresh Mecklenburg and Pomeranian dishes and also serves vegetarian and ayurvedic cuisine on request.

In keeping with the ambience, he offers a fresh new take on traditional Mecklenburg cuisine. We are fans of slow food so we strive to use regional produce wherever possible. Since the Thönes natural meat processing plant opened in October 2007 in the neighbouring town of Bollewick, we have been able to ensure that our meat comes from regional animals and is processed locally. It's good to know where your food comes from.
