Our Thuringian cuisine is down to earth, but also light and creative. The restaurant is named after François René le Goullon, head chef of the court of Duchess Anna Amalia. At our herb and vegetable garden, there grow again purslane, pimpinella, saltbush, chard and much more. The harvest directly gets to the kitchen. Look forward to genuine hospitality. Küchenwerkstatt & Chefs Table
Modern and creative cooking classes regularly take place at our "Küchenwerkstatt" (kitchen workhop). Amateurs learn the basics of cooking, and the pro can learn some tricks by watching.
The chef is all yours at the "Chefs Table". Before your own eyes, he creates a menu that was agreed upon beforehand. You will see every movement or spend the evening with friends and wine in a special atmosphere.
