In the multi award-winning restaurant, host and chef Wilco Berends and his young, enthusiastic team will wow you with international cuisine that is inspired by the French kitchen. Here, haute cuisine and Dutch origin are combined: The ingredients are of highest quality, seasonal and regionally sourced; for example you will find products from Wilco’s Noord-Holland home region like hare from Nieuwe Niedorp, potatoes from Opperdoes and eel from Volendam.
Fresh fish and seafood are one important part of the menu. A special highlight is the dedicated oyster tasting menu which lets you enjoy oysters in six different ways. Or you make use of the “Oester to go“ offer and get your oysters for take-away, for example when you go on a bike trip in the surrounding area.
Besides the main restaurant, the newly renovated lounge is at your disposal for a coffee break, a light lunch or cocktails.
