In Brandenburg, there are only three top restaurant locations with a Michelin star, in comparison to other states in Germany. And one of these can be found here, at our Kabinett F.W. gourmet restaurant. The outstanding culinary mix of local ingredients and international flair has once again been recognised this year by the Michelin guide - for the 14th time in a row! Star chef Alexander Dressel composes beautiful seasonal menus using high quality products in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere at Kabinett F.W.

Alexander Dressel and his heam create innovative, seasonal menus. At the historic ‘Bayrisches Haus’, which is surrounded by typical balustrades and which offers a stunning view of the Wildlife Park, we warmly invite all gourmet newbies who are open and curious to trying and discovering new things.

Also situated in the historic ‘Bayrisches Haus’, you can be sure to enjoy both regional and seasonal cuisine in its charming atmosphere, all created by the team led by top chef Alexander Dressel and his kitchen chef, Frank Linke.
Our bistro is open daily for you to enjoy an extensive lunch offering in addition to our evening menu. Our summer terrace is also a fantastic place to spend some time in fine weather, allowing you to relax and enjoy.
