The focus of a good dish does not always have to be meat in the first place. Often, the meat merely underscores the basic idea of a dish. However, if the "star" of a dish should ever be meat, we place the utmost importance on the origin and welfare of the animals. Thanks to the proximity to the A8 between Ulm and Augsburg you can reach our house comfortably by car. Take exit 70/Zusmarshausen and then in the traffic circle the second exit and in the following traffic circle again the second exit towards Wertinger Straße. Follow this road for about 800 meters until you reach the market place, where you turn left into Augsburger Straße.
