Oxalis, better known as Wood Sorrel, is a symbol of the beauty of nature. Our goal as a restaurant is to merge with it and transform it into good taste.
In the composition of the menus we deal with the products of the region, depending on the season and the quality of the food. Without dogma, we span the radius of our supply source very narrowly or a little more generously with regard to sustainability, taste and culinary added value.
... is a term from Japanese culture. Literally translated it means "to sit in society". Originally, food was served here for the tea ceremony.
In our Black Forest interpretation this becomes many small courses.
From Thursday to Monday from 18:30-19:30, we serve a large or small "Kaiseki" menu, optionally 5 to 7 courses; the cook decides on the best possible products and preparation.
