In its heyday the Château d’Etoges was once a stopping place for kings when they ventured into the heart of the Champagne countryside. The restaurant in the Orangerie is a treasure trove of gourmet delights. News of Anthony Thibaut’s talent for showcasing great French cuisine accompanied by famous crus very quickly spread beyond the region.
