Culinary at the Arraya
Situated in the village of Sare, this former hospice, once used by pilgrims bound for Compostela, is popular with lovers of fine food who delight in its dishes rooted in the region’s culinary traditions. Everything is prepared just as it should be using seasonal, regional produce and seafood. Diners end the meal with a pastiza, a Basque cake filled with black cherry preserve.
