The Romantik Hotel Hostellerie de Hamert is owned by the family Smits for 60 years now. Sufficient cause for a celebration with all four generations and friends of the house. And on the same day Margriet and Pieter Smits were awarded the honorary citzenship by the mayor of Bergen for their successful work.

During the 60 years only three executive chefs have had the responsibility in the kitchen and have made the restaurant famous all other the Netherlands.
