The 'Verein zur Unterstützung Aids-kranker Kinder e.V.' ('Association to support children with AIDS') is a union of employees of the HIV ambulance of the Hannover Medical School under the guidance of PD Dr. Ulrich Baumann. Whereas the ambulance as such caters for the medical needs of the little patients, the association organises for example a summer break. Thanks to the SAFE HOUSE donation of 60,000 Euro the summer activities of the next three years a secured and parents and children can look forward to a diversion from daily illness routine.
