
Deutsche AIDS-Stiftung (German AIDS Foundation) - Since 1987 helping people with HIV and AIDS
The Deutsche AIDS-Stiftung is the largest and most important AIDS-charity in Germany that offers material support to affected people. International model aid projects are supported as well. Since the Foundation was established in 1987 about 64,000 applications were received and 37 million Euros were used to help.
Among the famous patrons of the Deutsche AIDS-Stiftung are actress Hannelore Elsner, Eva Luise Köhler, wife of the German President, and Dr. Theo Zwanziger, President of the German Football Association (DFB).
