WESTERLAND/FRANKFURT "Germany's culinary star in the North" has joined the cooperation of Romantik Hotels & Restaurants. In the future, Jörg Müller, a chef holding a Michelin Star and owner of the hotel and restaurant by the same name in Westerland on the German island of Sylt, will refer to his enterprise as Romantik Hotel & Restaurant Jörg Müller.
"It is my belief that we can only enjoy ourselves with all our senses if we feel good about the environment," said the star chef about the successful combination of ambience, personal service and culinary delicacies that qualified his hotel and restaurant for the Romantik Hotels brand. The Managing Director of the cooperation, Inge Struckmeier, is also convinced that the Sylt addition will be an enrichment: "I am pleased that in addition to the Romantik Hotel Benen-Diken-Hof in Keitum now a second establishment on Germany's most northern island has joined us."
