2. Romantik Hotels collects, processes, and uses the personal data exclusively for the purpose of providing the Romantik Hotels Guest the possibility to access the desired services and products of Romantik Hotels on the Romantik Hotels Website or to arrange a stay at one of the Romantik Hotels and Restaurants in a customer-friendly and service-oriented way.
3. Personal data is exclusively stored and processed on servers of Touronline AG, Mühlhaldenweg 81, 73207 Plochingen, Germany. Personal data will not be forwarded or transferred to third parties in any other way.
4. The Romantik Hotel Guest has the right to be informed at any time about the collection, processing, and use of his personal data. § 3 Privacy protection
Romantik Hotels protects the privacy of the Romantik Hotel Guest and assures that the collection, processing, and use of any personal data complies with the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG). In addition, Romantik Hotels is committed to process and use such data only for the purposes defined above in § 1 and § 2. This does also apply to the employees and cooperation partners of Romantik Hotels.
§ 4 Rights of Romantik Hotel Guests / website users
With regard to his personal data, the Romantik Hotel Guest is entitled to the rights of information, correction, and deletion provided by the German Act on Data Protection. To exert his rights, he must send a corresponding note by postal or electronic mail to Romantik Hotels & Restaurants GmbH & Co. § 5 Approval
Insofar as the Romantik Hotel Guest agrees to the conditions of the collection of his personal data, he also approves of the use of such data within the scope of the provisions on data protection of Romantik Hotels. Approval or non-approval is given by clicking or not clicking on 'I consent to the storage and processing of my personal data which I provided to you. I have read and understood the Provisions on Data Protection.' respectively. The approval or non-approval will be logged. The user may review the content of his approval here anytime. The user is entitled to revoke his approval anytime.
§ 6 Use of cookies
These Internet pages use so-called cookies. They have the purpose to render our offers more user-friendly, effective, and secure.
