'Vision is part of our nature' - That is the motto of the Romantik Hotel Gmachl in Salzburg-Elixhausen with a view to the reconstruction finished on July 1st, 2009. Then guests can expect 17 new and 23 enlarged rooms in the monastery yard opposite the main building, all of them with balcony, terrace or garden. For the interior the focus was set on a harmonic combination of natural materials and perfect elegance, wood and glass dominate. An underground passage connects the new building to the main hotel and allows for a weather-independent transfer. In addition the breakfast room was expanded generously, the hotel bar was enlarged, a restaurant and function room was added and a new seminar room with high-tech appliances was fitted.

Highlight of the hotel is new, 1,000 sqm large wellness and spa area on the top floor. A relaxation area with open fireplace, a sauna area with lady's spa, an exclusive fitness area, beauty treatment rooms and a cosy private spa for partner treatments culminate in an infinity pool with probably one of the best views of Salzburg. Guests swimming in the new indoor pool will only be separated by glass from the picturesque mountain scenery.

You just have to pay 98 Euro for two persons per night. And making this offer extra special: Whoever books first, stays in the largest suite. The rooms will be allocated from largest to the smallest according to the incoming bookings.
