Our original Engadine parlour dating from the year 1817 is a splendid setting for enjoying regional specialities, home-made pasta in a medley of variations and our legendary "Margna classics". As the Stüva Restaurant is very popular with our guests, reservations are absolutely essential.
Silser Stube
Be it for a light lunch, an aperitif, or a cosy after-dinner drink, Margna guests love to gather in the Silser Stube. Unwind over cocktails, or get into the mood over a smooth, full-bodied grappa, or a smoky, peaty single malt whisky and an aromatic Havana cigar while listening our to pianist play your favourite melodies.
Enoteca & Osteria Murütsch
In what was previously the Kutscherstube Murütsch, connoisseurs and devotees of the vivacious and carefree Italian lifestyle will find everything to spark their fancy. More than 60 different - and, in part, largely unknown - Italian wines, superior olive oils, aceto balsamico, plus an array of other culinary souvenirs can all be tasted and purchased.
Delectable, authentic Italian cuisine is served from 6.00 p.m. Treat yourself to an evening full of "italianità in purezza"!
Restaurant Grillroom
In the warmly inviting décor of the Grillroom, our maître d'hôtel of many years' standing, Bruno Cappellini, and his team welcome you in the morning to a lavish breakfast buffet and, later in the day, to lunch and dinner. In addition to half-board meals, the Grillroom is delighted to offer you exquisite, market-fresh cuisine prepared to perfection in the classic French style and served with a touch of Mediterranean charm.
