The gentrified atmosphere of this authentically restored Mecklenburg mansion dating back to 1698 takes guests back to a time in which people living in harmony with nature were the measure of all things. The farmhouse kitchen uses almost exclusively regional products. Chef Thomas Köpke focuses on dishes including fish from Lake Müritz and wild herbs from the farmhouse garden. Just 800 m into the country estate, guests can enjoy the banks of Lake Müritz, where there is a beach and steamer jetty.
